PRODUCTS
Are there restricted products I can sell?
Yes, please visit our Prohibited Items list.
Is there any restriction on the number of products I can add?
No, there is no such restriction.
Can I add more than one product at a time?
Yes, you can easily add many products from the CSV upload button on product page on dashboard.
*Contact us to send you the CVS file templates that you need to add your products.
Can I add a variant for a physical product?
Yes, you can add variants for the products from the add product page. There you will find a button next to save button, ie. save and add options, from here variants can be added. You can also add variants through the product CSV upload (if used).
Will I get help uploading the CSV files to my shop?
Please make a note that we will only check the CSV files that are in the format that we provide. In case the CSV file provided is not as per the format then you need to change the file as per the prescribed format.
Can I add variants to a digital product?
No, You cannot create variants for digital products added to your shop.
What is the max. length of the file that can be uploaded with any Digital Product?
The file can be of maximum 100MB to be uploaded with any digital product.
PAYMENTS are sent via Stripe
*IMPORTANT - All Sellers should have a Stripe count to where your payments will be sent.
How can I keep a track of the payment to be received from Plannerzy?
You can view the details of the payment from the "Payment receive" tab under the dashboard.
Can Plannerzy transfer my share of payment from a customer's total order directly to my seller account?
By default all the order amounts goes to the Plannerzy account. Payments will be distributed every Monday 7 days after order has been delivered.
