2.    Product(s) received was not damaged in any way.
3.    Product(s) ordered does match the product description.

All products sold on our website are new and unused. Plannerzy Protection Program will not cover or accept products for consideration of a return or refund if:
1.    Products returned are are used or mistreated.
2.    Products are not purchased through Plannerzy.com website.
3.    Products are not returned within the return window indicated by Seller.
4.    Return request is due to a shipping charge.
