Seller Agreement
Plannerzy seller agreement is a contract between a Seller and Plannerzy marketplace platform. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions that the Seller must adhere to when listing and selling their products on the platform.
Key components included:
Provide accurate and true personal information: All information about you and your business should be accurately provided.
Tax Id Number: If you are a Sole Proprietor, provide your Social Security Number. For a Corporation, provide your EIN Number. A 1099 tax document will be provided at the beginning of the following year indicating the income you have received. This number will be inserted in your Shop Dashboard.
Listing Requirements: Guidelines on how to list products, including acceptable product categories, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Products you can sell: Digital planners, journals, calendars, stickers, graphics, fonts, bookmarks, books, writing utensils, lesson plans, and any other products that promotes planning, organizing and planning activities in any way. Please refer to Prohibited Items to learn more about products you cannot sell.
Payment Terms: Details on how and when Sellers will receive payments for their sales.
! IMPORTANT ! Payment Platform: Sellers are REQUIRED to sign up to Stripe Payment Processing Platform to have the ability to receive payments.
Payment processes: Payments will be disbursed to Sellers every 15th and 30th of the Month.
Fees and Commissions: Information on any fees Plannerzy charges for using the platform, such as listing fees, subscription fees, and sales commissions.
Per item listing Fees: $0.20
Transaction fees: 5.9% + .12
Monthly subscription fee: $0
Annual seller fee: $0
Credit card fees: 3% + .25
(Optional) Social Media Brand AD advertising featured on Plannerzy social media: $79-$129 per month
Credit card fees and listing fees will be billed on a monthly basis. Seller fees will be reflected on your revenue by logging on to your dashboard.

The INFORM Consumers Act, which stands for Integrity, Notification, and Fairness in Online Retail Marketplaces for Consumers Act, aims to enhance transparency and safety in online marketplaces. Here's how it protects consumers:

Seller Verification: Online marketplaces are required to collect and verify information from high-volume third-party sellers, such as bank account details, contact information, and tax identification numbers.

Transparency: The Act mandates that marketplaces disclose identifying information about certain sellers to consumers, making it easier to know who you're buying from.

Safety Measures: It deters the sale of stolen, counterfeit, or unsafe products by requiring marketplaces to monitor and report suspicious activities.

Consumer Reporting: Marketplaces must provide a mechanism for consumers to report suspicious activities, ensuring a safer shopping environment.
This Act became effective on June 27, 2023, and is enforced by the Federal Trade Commission and state authorities. It holds marketplaces accountable for violations, with penalties for non-compliance. Prohibited Products and Actions: A list of items that cannot be sold and actions that are not allowed, such as counterfeit documents/ files or misleading descriptions. Please refer to our Prohibited Items list for additional details.
Physical Products cannot be listed. Currently the Marketplace is not configured for Shipping at this time. Attentive future date will be announced when physical products can be listed.
Prohibited files or documents:
- Distorted
- Relating to weapons usage or promotional of weapons
- Relating to the use of Illegal Drugs or promotional of such
- Relating to the use of Alcohol or Tobacco or promotional of such
- Relating to the use of Supplements or medicines of any kind
- Relating to abuse towards Animals
- Relating to abuse towards Humans
- Relating to the use of Adult or sexual products or promotional of such
- Relating to the use of Medical devices
- Relating to the use of Hazardous materials
- Relating to the use of Human related fluids or tissues
- Relating to Hate and or racism or promotional items of hate and racism
- Stolen files, images, or documents
- Illegally reproduced items
- Third party items including Copyright and Trademarked products in which required you have approval or license to resell
Performance Standards: Metrics and benchmarks that sellers must meet to maintain good standing on the platform.
Expectations: It is expected that all Sellers remain in good standing with Plannerzy by providing positive products and great customer service.
Intellectual Property Rights: Rules related to respecting copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
Rules: Do not sell products with branded labels in which you would need legal permission to sell. Respect and follow all laws and regulations in regards to copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property.
Termination and Suspension: Conditions under which the marketplace can suspend or terminate a seller's account if rules are not followed properly.
Consequences: Seller accounts can be terminated or suspended until further review.
