Phase I - AUGUST 2024-OCTOBER 2024

 

·       Define the platform’s functionality
Outline the key features and functionality of what the platform needs.

·       Build the platform
Implement the functionality defined.

 

Phase II – OCTOBER 2024-JANUARY 2025

 

·       Test the platform
Before launch, thorough testing will be prepared to ensure everything works as expected. This includes testing the buying and the selling process, the payment system, and all of the platform’s features.

 

Phase III – FEBRUARY 10, 2025 -> Extended DATE PROVIDED SOON

 

·       Soft launch the platform to sellers
Soft launch where users are invited to test the platform in the real world and provide feedback.

·       Collect and act on feedback
As users start to use the platform, gather feedback to understand what’s working and what’s not. Feedback to continually improve the platform.

·       Address concerns (if any) in regards to the seller sign up process
